| MB4012D FOUR-SIDE MOULDER ¡¡ ![]() Synopses Machine process Lumber is machined by cutters on all four sides while passing through the machine. Four profiled cutters are to be required for four-side mouldings. workpiece guidance Lumber is guided to feed by the worktable surface and fences which are deemed as two fixed reference surfaces for all machine settings. The infeed and outfeed worktables can vertically be adjusted for cutting capacities of bottom cutters. Cutterblocks The ist bottom cutterblock and a lateral cutterblock are used for planing two datum surfaces of workpieces and the others for moulding the respective surfaces as required. Cutterblocks can all be adjusted axially & vertically and their revolution ways are related to the infeed direction. Infeed Lumber is driven to feed into the machine by feed rollers on cross frame component which is set in position as per the thickness of finished products. The cutting capacity between finished products and semifinished products are to be adjusted electrically.
